Well i guess this is our new thing.. Ray found this sweet lil app for iPhone where u can just take pics and load em up online with just a "touch" hes been testing it out and so far.. Im liking it.. now we can keep all u ppl SUPER informed about whats REALLY GOING DOWN... i mean REALLY!!

ITS BOMB!! so yea.. i just came back from the gym.. im on that GET BIG program.
